| WDW Marathon I was on a sports website one day and saw a listing for a marathon that takes place in WDW. Has anyone ever done this? It looked really cool. Also is it only a full marathon or are there shorter races associated with it also such as either a 5K or 10K? I would love to hear from anyone who has done this! | Re: WDW Marathon Dear Stretch There is a full marathon and a 1/2 marathon, I beleive that they take place in early January. The course takes runners around the magic kingdom park? There are also a 5K, kids races and a wheelchair divison. Each year has a theme, you can read more about all this at Disney's Wide World of Sports, click on the side bar menu for marathon and road races. Good Luck! PjPooh |
