| I agree, this was always just out of reach for us, but we kept working on tying it into a trip. However, it is definitely out of reach now. |

| Considering the octane rated fuel those cars have to run to preform correctly, I 'm actually surprised it isn't higher.

| When you see the high ratio of staff to students, plus the cost of maintaining the cars, not to mention escalating fuel prices, you can justify the price paid for the experience. And watching my husband acting like a kid again was priceless! |

| If you are a racing fan you will justify the price. We have done the PE before and I would do it again. You can always go to the Petty website to see if they are offering tickets at reduced prices. The best deal I got was 50% off and valid for 1 year. They offered this for the ride-a-long experience and I could choose from a number of tracks. |
