Question MNSSHP Costume ?

DGS will be Red Power Ranger for MNSSHP, The costume has a hood to look like the helmet they wear but the face is open. Will he be able to wear "helmet" to the party I know you cant wear masks, was wondering if that would be considered a mask or not? TIA

full face masks are forbidden. enforcement is another issue. sounds like it'd be fine to me as long as it's not obstructing vision

He should be fine. I wore a Malificent costume with a hood with horns and it was fine. As long as he can see, it should be OK.
