| I did it 10 years ago and it was the best time of my life. I had the best roommates ever. I worked at POFQ front desk from January-July of '98. If you have any other questions feel free to IM me. Good Luck! I hope you get it. |

| college program My daughter did the program when she was at Syracuse University. She loved it and so did we!!! All of us, including her grandparents , got to see her. She initially did the Backstage Tours which we found hilarious. Then worked as both a fur character and most importantly a face character. Can't tell you which one but it thrilled me to death!!! Went down two summers in a row, met great kids and had a great experience. First year she lived on campus housing, the following years was able to get an apartment at Celebration with fellow cast members. Of course she is a Disney fanatic like me so it was like being in heaven. She now works in NYC on Fox news and is being kept very busy with the conventions and upcoming election. Good luck, and have a great time!!! |

| I did the program in 2002 and 2005. It was the best experience of my life. My best piece of advise, don't be disappointed in the role you are assigned. I never thought I would want to clean up tables and serve food, yet I had the best time doing just that in Disney. Each and every role has a part in the show, and it can be a lot of fun to create magic for people everyday.

| I'm thinking about applying for this! I have a friend who just got there this week and he loves it! He got a job as a guide on Kilamanjaro Safaris, which is absolutely perfect for him...but I really want to do it! Does anyone know if it affects financial aid/graduating on time?

I don't know if it affects financial aid but it does affect graduation. It usually puts students behind one semester. They do offer classes at Disney University and you can always take online courses through your college. But I will tell you my sisters roommate is doing that and it's a lot to juggle online courses and working down there. Let me know if you have any questions and good luck | |

| Aw, no...his name is Patrick! And thanks for the info! Do you know if they still have the program for 3 months during the summer? That would be ideal so I wouldn't be so behind on graduating...but regardless I think I'm definitely going to apply!

| You can only do a summer program as a returning CP alumn and you do have to talk to your financial aid providers if you're going to take a semester off (essentially what it is). I know my college doesn't accept their classes for credits.

| I plan on going to a presentation in about a week. In my situation, I would be doing the spring semester, and taking 2 classes online to make sure I wasn't set back any credits (I would get 9 credits for doing the internship, and an additional 6 for the 2 classes)

| I was a CP in Spring of 2006. I was cast in an entertainment role. I attended a presentation at my campus. I had a phone interview. I auditioned in Chicago for an entertainment role, and then I was cast two weeks later. ![]() It was the greatest experience of my life. I would do it all over again. I was lucky in that my school allowed me to be enrolled in a class that allowed me to maintain my full time status for insurance purposes. The college I was attending at the time highly encouraged the program, so they gave students alot of options. Let me know if you have any more questions.

| Kate, I'm really curious about the audition for Entertainment (I want to be a character of sorts, but I'm in no way a sing/dance major), would you be able to send me a PM? Thanks!
