| Cinderella Castle in a video game - Katamari I don't know if any of you are as silly as our family and are addicted to video games. Well, the sequel to one of the craziest and most wonderful video games just came out -- it's called We Love Katamari. (It's very hard to explain, but basically you have this "ball" that you roll into other things and they stick to the ball, increasing its size so it can now pick up bigger things.) In one of the levels, the ball gets huge and starts picking up landmarks like the Great Wall of China, the Eiffel Tower and.... Cinderella's Castle. Calder and I screamed in joy and I dropped the PS2 controller. He scrambled to pick it up and rolled up the Castle -- fireworks and all... So, we got a little Disney fix this weekend. | Re: Cinderella Castle in a video game - Katamari Sorry - as far as I know it's only on PS2 Here's the website for the game - http://katamari.namco.com/ It's totally addicting and wonderfully satisfying. The original "Katamari Damacy" was a $20 game and worth every penny. The sequel is more expensive (it was terrifically popular in Japan and a huge hit here too!), but it's got lots more levels and replay value. Once you play it, you can't put it down. Eileen |
