| How do I get my Disney rewards? I have never gone and gotten my Disney reward dollars since getting the Disney Visa. I will have almost 290 - 300 reward dollars by the time I go to WDW in October. How long does it take to get the rewards? How much time should I allow before leaving in late October? And exactly how do you get them? For those of you who have done this - can you explain what I need to do. Thanks so much!

| You can call the customer service number and they will issue you a debit card with your rewards on them. This is what I did last year. I think the rewards on the card are good for about a year or so. I think you can also redeem your rewars on their website, but I have never done this. Good luck, and enjoy spending your reward dollars! |

| If you prefer the web, you can go to Disney Rewards Visa Card From Chase - Home and click on Manage Account. There you can view your rewards available and order your rewards card. You have to add at least 20 rewards dollars on it to get one, but you have plenty so no worries. You will usually get it in the mail in about one week. Once you order the card, you can add rewards dollars to it at any time and in any amount as long as you add at least 10 dollars. That will show up on your card immediately. I usually get mine at least four weeks before my trip to make sure I have everything together. On the website, you can also look up any offers they have for the rewards program at that time. It's a great site.

| The card takes about a week to arrive once you order it. When you need to refill the card, you can do it 10 points at a time and the transfer is instant.

| When I called customer service and had my points transfered onto a rewards card it took me two weeks to receive it.

| I just went online to claim my reward points. I totally forgot about them!!! Thanks for reminding me. This is the first time I am using them so how do they work? Is it like a gift card?

| I would call customer service and order the card right away. This way you are confident you will have it for your trip. I always leave a balance of 10 reward dollars that I do not transfer. That way any additional rewards I earn can be transferred the day before I leave. You have to transfer a minimum of 10 reward dollars each time. It is used just like a gift card.

| The Disney Rewards card can be used at any Disney-owned store, hotel, restaurant, or food stand that takes Visa. This includes almost everything except small stands and maybe a few shops at the parks and resorts, and some (but not necessarily all) of the places at Downtown Disney. It also includes the cruise line -- you can put the balance on your card toward your shipboard account by going to Guest Services. Happy planning, Melissa |

| If you do forgot to tranfer the rewards before you leave, the Disney Visa kiosk in Downtown Disney has the capability to transfer them for you. Make sure you watch the expiration date on the actual rewards card (aka the gift card). Once you transfer them from your actual credit card to the Rewards card, they expire when the rewards card expires - no transferring them back to your Visa account.
