| I'm obsessed. Someone Please Stop Me. I'm into the envelope system big time for budgeting my money. I won't even tell you how many I have in total before our Disney vacation money . Okay, so I've made my envelopes for Mousekeeping. Now I have the urge to do that for everything - our ADR restaurants, the hotels were staying at to and from Disney, the room attendant on the train. Part of me says stop, it's too much. The other part says I need to do this to keep my money straight. Please talk some cents (haha) into me.

| I do my Mousekeeping envelopes, then I do an envelope a day for assorted stuff (since we have the DDP, that's enough). I say do what works for you - it will make you happier, and that is what is important!! |

| I used envelopes for our recent cruise, even. The tips for the crew are our biggest expense, so I had them all doled out in cash before we left home, and charged much less to our stateroom account. I also made one for tips for each day's TS restaraunt at WDW (We were on the DDP.). Even made one to pay for the car service to the airport, and for food, etc. in the airport on the way there. And one to pay for the hotel in Port Canaveral the night before the cruise. Oh, and an enelope with ones, fives, and a couple of tens for tipping. envelopes work for me!

We had already done all our tip envelopes, mousekeeping envelopes, and BBB & Cool Dude tip envelopes last month. Envelopes help me keep the appropriate cash seperate. I have each envelope labeled with what it's for, the date, and the amount needed and the amount actually in the envelope. | |
