| Feeling sad - We decided to cancel our trip :( Yup, we had a trip plannedfor October 26 - Nov. 1st, staying at PO-R for 2 nights then transferring to the AKL. We decided that the money we'vealready put towards the room would be better spent paying bills. It's a hard decision, but the right one for us - DH is a real estate appraiser, and his business is off by about 50%, and I work VERY p/t and stay home with our little guy. I don't post much, (as I'm often nursing at the keyboard!), but I've enjoyed reading many a TR and will have to live vicariously through them until the economy is stronger! Anyhow, I do feel good about paying down debt, and am confident that we'll feel good about not having to put this trip on our cc's. Thanks for listening!!! |

| I agree with Krisk, just thing of it as Postponing your trip for a bit. I know you are not the only one canceling and I know you won't be the last. Unfortunatly we are going into a bit of hard times, we all have to do what we have to do.  |
