| Home Repair & I can still smile:) Had the unexpected home repair today. Last Friday, washer was draining water in the front area only (and all over the floor too  ) and into the basement. Thank God we noticed on the first load and not 5 loads later...Anyways, apparently the boot on the front load washer wear out and we found a small tear... when the repairman came today... that was the cause, but the boot was actually torn huge higher up w/o us knowing about it... anyways, all was repaired, we did not frett or blink twice about paying... $163 later we were done! We paid CASH IN FULL and just used some of our EMERGENCY FUND Monney for it! It felt AWESOME! Thanks to Dave's plan... Murphy's Law tried to set up shop in the home and we kicked him out!!
