| Clean out the fridge dinner! Hubby had left over pasta and meatballs. I had half a bag of pot stickers. We are driven to clean out the freezer of too much food. Seems like roulette for dinner this week. Susan

| I frequently make soups with all the tidbits left in my fridge. I have to laugh when my husband tastes it and says that I should keep this "recipe." I tell him "Sorry dear, you will have to wait for the stars (and leftovers) to align just right before this meal gets repeated!" |

| I thawed out 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast for dinner, but couldn't decide what else to make. I was rummaging through the pantry and found a box of stuffing with a recipe. I made the casserole (which was good - kids all ate it, DH will eat anything) and was happy that I used up 2 boxes of stuffing. a bag of frozen vegetables, a can of low carbohydrate cream of something soup, a can of corn, and a package left over sour cream.

| I sort of did that last night. Made homemade soup with my leftovers. Green beans, a veggie mix, pork loin roast, a couple other odds and ends with chicken broth and tiny egg noodles. It was quite yummy and the leftovers of that is my lunch today. There are still a few things that need to find a use....some mashed potatoes, a large handful of mini tater tots, a bit more of the pork loin. Any ideas?

| Tomorrow's lunch is the noodles and veggies from last night. Saturday's lunch (I will be at a yard sale all day) is the leftover ravioli from tonight's dinner. Not enough left for another dinner, though. I hear ya about the too-stuffed freezer. Mine is packed, and I intend to use most of it this month! ![]()
