anyone have gold delta skymiles credit card

I'm thinking about applying for this card. I just got an email, but don't know much about it.

Just a little background information on me. We pretty much only use two credit cards. Neither one have annual fees. We use first one that gives us money back on new cars and have used this money for last 3 car purchases. When we earn all the points in one year that we can, we start using Disney Visa. We always pay off our credit cards each month and have no credit card debt.

One of the things I'm wondering about is the annual fee (Below, I've included words from the email I was sent but didn't include all the info in the fine print). So I understand that I can have the card for the first year with no fee. If I'm able to use the 20,000 bonus miles within the first year, can I cancel the card before it's time to pay the annual fee of 95.00? We typically travel every summer, so if I got the card now, I could use the 20,000 for one leg of a round trip fare next summer if it works for somewhere I'm going. I had just earned 20,000 points from traveling and did this for an upcoming trip to CA this fall. (I realize it won't work on all flights and that 20,000 is only enough for about one leg of a round trip fare.) Any thoughts on this offer would be appreciated. I've never done anything like this.

So here's what the email said:
"We'd like to invite you to take advantage of this limited-time offer from Delta® and American Express to apply for the Gold Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card. This offer expires August 31, 2009 and is only available online.

Get up to 25,000 Bonus Miles and two Delta Sky ClubT One-Day Passes.1
You'll earn 20,000 bonus miles after your very first purchase2 and up to another 5,000 bonus miles by adding Additional Cardmembers.3 That's enough for an Award Ticket.4

Add to the Miles You Already Have
Later this year, WorldPerks and SkyMiles will merge, creating a premier airline loyalty program called SkyMiles.5 Right now, you can link your accounts and transfer miles between them.6 And the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card is the only Credit Card that lets you add to the miles you already have.

Keep the Miles Coming, and So Much More
In addition to earning miles, you pay no annual fee the first year - a $95 savings.7 You can also earn double miles on Delta and Northwest purchases,8 on top of earning one mile on every eligible dollar spent elsewhere.9 And you enjoy Pay with Miles--a benefit that lets you use miles to pay for a portion or all of Delta and Northwest flights with no seat restrictions or blackout dates.10

This Offer Won't Last Long
Get up to 25,000 bonus miles and two Delta Sky ClubTM One-Day Passes. Don't wait, this offer ends August 31, 2009. This exclusive offer is only available online. "
