| We Need College Tuition Pixies I could explain everything we have done to search out every option to help acquire funding for our DS to go to a local university. I don't want to take the room here, and we haven't gotten much positive response. I don't know how we are going to pay for it, but I don't see that not going is an option, so if you could just send pixies our way I will be grateful. It is a little over 3 weeks until the beginning of school.

Have you tried books like this one: Amazon.com: The Ultimate Scholarship Book 2009: Billions of Dollars in Scholarships, Grants and Prizes (9781932662276): Gen Tanabe, Kelly Tanabe: Books ? I've looked into some of them for DD - she graduates HS in 2 years, and I want to be ready, with scholarships lined up.

| I considered going to a 2 year community college and stay at home when I was looking at colleges. I was also worried about the money and my parents were willing to help when they could. I then talked with the university that I really wanted to go to and they gave me some options and I applied for TONS of grants and student aid. When it was all said and done I did go and once I was out I paid off my student aid. Was it hard, YES but worth it!
