| I received an email newsletter from DMR with a code to enter to get 5 free points, but when I enter the code, DMR says it is invalid

| Yes, the same thing happened to me. I thought maybe they just hadn't gotten it set up correctly yet, and I was going to wait a couple days and try again.

| I mailed in some ticket stubs a couple of weeks ago & logged in today to see if they've been credited ... only to find that that now, I have a total of 0 points. Their technical problems are frustrating. I hope they get this fixed, as I have no way to prove the points I had

| I was able to enter the code for 5 bonus points without any trouble. I also did a scavenger hunt sent to me by e-mail and earned another 100 points.
