Time to hunker down, pay off some debt, adding to savings. We need to justify every purchase and debt we come across. Good luck everyone, we can all do this together!!
I've been watching these threads for awhile now, and have enjoyed seeing everyone's savings. I would like to join in, trying to get ready for our trip in April.

$54.64 - Chili's - lunch with my mom and my kids on the last day she was visiting (want)
$71.73 - Lowe's - metal trash can for hot pellet stove ashes (need) and pet stain carpet cleaner to clean up after new puppy (need)
$43.10 - Pet Store - Puppy piddle pads and leash (need)
$49.13 - Office Max - Supplies and folders for homeschooling starting Monday (need/want)
$420.76 - Office Max Online - New printer and ink cartridges because our printer decided to crap out the week before we start homeschooling. Go figure! (need/want)
Total: $639.36
Not a good day by any means, however, we live 60 miles from the nearest semi-major town and when we go to town we do a lot of our shopping all at once, which is what happened today, the printer was the only "unexpected" expense, although I have been planning for the last few weeks, because the printer has been giving me hassles for a couple weeks. Hopefully the rest of the month will be better.

$40.60 - Vet - Meds for puppy (need)
$23.07 - Taco Bell lunch (this is technically a want, but we only get fast food when we go to town and I love Taco Bell)
My next several days will be much better, these first few happen to be during my stick up time of the month.
