| MS screwed up!! After Chris picked me up from the airport, we went to get my mail and I had an envelope from DVC.  I opened it and my waitlist for a studio at OKW in 22 days came through - you mean the ONE I CANCELLED??? I had a one bedroom (i want the jacquizzi tub!!) I jsut spent 20 minutes on the phone and they fixed it all - but GGGRRR!!!

| We have had a few mistakes with our account in the last few months too. The latest was last week when I noticed on the DVC Member website that they were only charging us 13 points for a 5 night stay at BCV  . I wish studios were really that cheap! One called fixed the whole thing and it must have been a computer error since the confirmation letter that we got in the mail the very same day had the correct number of points on it.
