Thanks for all of your opinions! We have actually booked a 2 bedroom dedicated villa at Bay Lake Tower with Magic Kingdom View!! We had no problem getting it, actually if you go on disney site for regular reservations, almost all of the room types are available to the general public still.

We just recieved our box yesterday with all of our papers and very nice tote bags!! We now have to sign everything and fedex it back. Our guide made our reservations too.

I think for future stays, we may have to draw from a hat because we want to try every location!!! We were wondering the same thing about the webcast and how many people bought from that. Couldn't beat the deals!!
