for a lounge that serves drink - not really - heard the hours would be 5pm until 1am

but this might work better.

of course those of us who wanted to see the fireworks that geneally start a 9pm or earlier - this might be a problem.

this also allows wedding/parties to be done in its off hours.

so maybe DVC members can actually kept the thing - for at least a few years.
