Just passed ROFR!
Yay! I'm so excited! We went with Vero Beach because my DH is a beach bum at heart and I'm a Disney girl all the way, so it seemed like a good compromise for us. Since we travel almost exclusively during off-peak times I'm hoping the 7-month window won't be a problem.

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever passed ROFR and then not passed estoppel? Or is it safe to assume that estoppel is just a formality and/or paperwork stuff and there is really nothing else to stop me from closing?

Congrats also. May I ask how long ROFR took? I've got one in the process and have just reached two weeks waiting for the ruling.

It was submitted to Disney on June 12th, so almost the full 30 days. I made the mistake of hoping to get a response at 14 days, so the last couple of weeks I made myself miserable checking my e-mail every few hours.
