| We passed ROFR! After an excruciatingly long wait, we got an email today from The Timeshare Store that we passed ROFR and will soon be the proud owners of 300 points at BCV!!!!! The contract was submitted on 9/11 (my birthday!) and 30 days came and went with no word from Disney. DH and I were going crazy!  Our sales rep emailed Disney and found out that even though TSS had sent in the contract on 9/11, Disney's ROFR clock didn't start until the current owner banked his remaining 2009 points, which we had written into the contract as a condition of the sale. He didn't get around to that until 9/29. We weren't expecting to hear anything until next week, as our rep said that recently Disney had been taking almost the full 30 days. So it was a nice surprise to find that in my email tonight! We should close in a couple of weeks, then we can start making plans to use those banked points at DL for our Labor Day weekend trip!
