| I just checked it out on the Member Services site and it's available as an Add on for existing DVC members. Too bad the cash flow is low...

| Note that under this incentive members have to pay the full retail price of $112 per point. So the APs are being given in lieu of the recent cash discounts (which have run $15-17 per point, or more)...not in addition to the cash discounts. If you can use the APs, going this route will probably save you a few extra dollars per point. But again you're foregoing the cash discount. Those who finance will have a higher balance (since no cash discount) which means higher monthly payments and more total interest paid. There is also a clause which states that those who finance may not get their vouchers until they have completed 14-17 months worth of on-time payments. Just some food for thought...
