Nope, haven't received ours yet. I'm starting to think I have bad luck with this sort of thing, as I never did receive the holiday lithograph for watching the Webcast back in December either.
Maybe I'm just doomed not to receive stuff from DVC....although the "promotional materials" encouraging me to add on additional Points to my membership seem to make it to my mailbox just fine!
