I have been trying for a couple days now to do online check in, I put in all the info and submit, only to get a message saying unable to process at this time. When we called to put in our room requests the rep said to go in another way and input the reservation number myself, but it came up with the same message.

I wasn't trying to put in room requests. we did that over the phone. I found out that the reason why it wouldn't allow me to check in, is because we actually have two different reservations but they are linked, we are moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bdroom after the first 2 nights. They are trying to fix the system to allow that but it won't be soon. I was definately within 10 days, actually under 10 days!

I had an issue this am when checking in on my 10 day mark. I figured out that they had changed the reservation number on me. My letter of confirmation had one number, but on the DVC website it had a different one. I think it changed during one of the computer upgrades. But, it would have been nice if they had let me know of the change.
