We have had two bedroom villas and I dont recall ever seeing a High Chair at any of them - they may have been hidden somewhere and I just didnt see it...But to be safe I would request it in advance - They shouldnt have a problem giving you one.
Usually, a high chair (like those found in restaurants) are located in one of the closets in the villa along with a pack-n-play and the vacuum cleaner. I haven't stayed OKW, but would be surprised if it were any different there.
Call the resort to verify that a high chair will be available either already in room or through a request. If they do not have high chairs then check with various stroller rental agencies that have everything for kids including cribs, toys, and playpens.

Mom calls to check on me and reminded me to pay the gardener. I love her so much.
Disneyland was fun with flag retreat and pickles. I have a home here, thank you. GAC is NOT a "front of the line pass".
She is gone but keeping signature. Laundry is getting done. My purpose in life is to help poor people in FL. Farewell, will miss you.
High chairs are standard equipment in most villas. As nurse_mom said, all One Bedroom and larger villas should have a high chair. It's usually in a supply closet, front entry coat closet or similar location. They are the wooden chair type (no tray) typically found at a restaurant.
If you don't find one in your villa upon arrival, or are staying in a studio, call housekeeping and one will be delivered. They do not need to be reserved in advance. Calling the front desk or listing it as a request on the reservation isn't going to do any good because the resort doesn't keep that type of information on file when doing room assignments.
ditto that - we have always had the high chair and playpen - sometimes the playpen in a chest. If it's needed, i would ask member services to note it on the reservation for convenience.

Yup always had one in the closet at OKW and other DVC resorts but we always had a one bedroom. I am sure you could get one even after you arrive if it's not there by asking at check-in or by calling housekeeping. Just a heads up that it is not a full high chair-but one of the "restaurant" types which are wooden and no high back to them.
