Ok, we are trying to budget everything to leave as much for pin money as possible LOL.

In 2010 we were so broke I did all the bags...all the time. NOT happening this trip

So At Kidani how much for bags to room and later from room.. is it standard amount plus a $ amount per bag... Is there a max that is nice number that no one would be upset with?

$1-2 per bag is pretty standard

If your bags are coming from DME--the tip is included in the service. If you have to move bags from the car or from the room to the car $1 is sufficient per bag, unless something is particularly heavy.

That's what we usually go with. We tend to have three big cases and usually some hand luggage, so we usually go with around $6-$7.

We are driving and by the time we get to Florida we would have spent a night in GA and 3 at SSR. I am usually very organized about those early bags, then at main stay its like ok everything in....
