I am buying a resale. I'm going to make this quick. I have the option of 120 at SSR for $61pp or 100 at BWV for $62pp. I keep doing pros/cons but I am still torn!! Help! Which would you choose?

Unless you feel you need the 11 month access for BoardWalk every year AND/OR would be miserable staying at Saratoga Springs, I'd go with SSR.
Your ownership at BoardWalk would end in less than 30 years. Done. You'll have 3 decades of trips and then they will come to an abrupt end. Think about where you expect to be in 30 years and how you would cope with the end of those trips.
With SSR the trips would continue for another 12 years. This is the no-brainer, IMO.

I was going to say pretty much the same thing as has been said. Unless you dislike Saratoga/want to stay regularly at the BoardWalk, I'd go for Saratoga.
