Coffee pot in BCV

I was wondering what kind of coffee pot is in the villas @ BC? I need my coffee, and trying to figure out what to bring with us.

A standard 12 cup automatic drip coffee pot. I don't remember the brand, sorry.

I count out my filters and bring them with me. (A little OCD, but like you, I need my coffee.)

Is it the same size coffee pot regardless of the size villa you are in (studio vs. 1BR vs grand villa)? So far, we have only stayed in 1BR and larger, but will be in a studio for the first time in a few months.

It's been a while since I've done a studio myself, Brad.

I want to say that I remember a full size coffee pot regardless of where we've stayed though.

Also, the coffee pots use the 12 cup basket style filters, not the cone shaped ones if you plan to bring your own.

Is there anywhere in WDW that I can buy coffee and filters? They don't sell the same type of filters here in the UK and I won't get the coffee through customs .

I ended up buying industrial quantitities of coffee and filters from Target last time. Do they sell them in the onsite stores? And do they sell better coffee than that nasty stuff that they leave in the rooms?

In the resort stores at DVC properties where they have a small grocery area they sell filters and coffee. I bring my own coffee and filters but from what I remember, the coffee is the "Disney" brand-- better than the undrinkable stuff they leave in the rooms, but not great. Also, the studio coffee pots are smaller-- I think 4-cup?, so would take a smaller size filter.

You can also drop by the Poly and buy some 100% Kona coffee if you feel like a splurge.

I believe you may also be able to buy the filter/coffee combo packs where you just stick the pack in the coffeemaker and start it up.
