What I thought was really above and beyond was that the lounge staff told me that with 24 hours' notice, they can accommodate some special dietary needs. For instance, if I let them know about what time I'd want continental breakfast, they'd see that a plateful of gluten-free pastries was waiting for me the next morning. The lounge servers even said that if there was any type of pastry I particularly like, the bakers would do their best to provide it.
But hey, why would that surprise me as magical as Disney is about meeting guests' food needs?
