I just made our first booking tonight using our DVC points and it was so wonderfully simple! I can't believe how easy it was to get our 3 night DVC cruise booked, along with 9 nights at the BCV. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] I got off the phone and DH asked me when they'd confirm it all - I told him that they had, there and then. [img]images/icons/cool.gif[/img] The guy I spoke to (I forget his name!) told me so much about DCL - of course I knew all of it from my Passporter already [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] , but it was really sweet of him! Having never booked with DVC points before, I was a bit apprehensive about how long it would take, but it couldn't have been easier. I am SO happy we joined DVC and would recommend it to everyone! Glad you had great service, we have also had great service since 1994 when we joined! Remeber, MS will made you PS for you when you are ready..I've done it with them everytime we have gone to WDW. Great to use the toll-free number!

Thanks for the hint, but unfortunately despite what DVC themselves told us the toll free number is not free for us Brits! We get a message when we call it, warning us of that fact. [img]graemlins/pout.gif[/img]

We have used MS for PS in the past. But, recently we have been using our cell phones with the no charge long distance to call Disney Dining direct for our PS. DD is available weekends and longer hours than MS.
