| Our new DVC guide We knew that Disney would be appointing a new DVC guide for us since our former guide, Mary Mannix recently resigned. We always loved Mary and found her to be very helpful so we were hoping that her replacement would be equally talented. Some of you may remember that before Kim and I bought into the DVC, we had a very bad experience with a DVC representative who handled our sales presentation. He was pushy and very high-pressure. I was shocked because my earlier experience when I'd attended one of these (conducted by Mary) with my son had been at the opposite end of the spectrum. To make a long story short, when we got home, I complained to DVC about this guy and they then assured me that I could deal with Mary and would never have to have anything to do with this fellow again. Well, imagine my shock then when we find out who has been appointed as our new DVC guide as Mary's replacement. You guessed it - the very fellow that I had officially complained about a year and a half ago. I immediately called DVC and requested a change of agent so now my DVC guide is someone called Jim McCoy. I spoke to him on the phone and he seemed very nice but I was wondering if any of you have ever had any dealings with him. Joy |

| Re: Our new DVC guide My neighbors had a hard sell "guide" (AKA salesperson) a couple of years ago. Turned them off from Disney totally. Wonder if that's the guy. |
