Hi Everyone! As my screen name says my name is Marisa. I am EXTREMELY excited to be joining Amy, Sara and Dyan in the Disney Cruise Line Forum!! And of course just as excited to become a part of the PassPorter Boards team!!

I have been a huge Disney fan all my life! My parents first started taking me to Walt Disney World before I was old enough to remember going- (I have seen pictures though!) I have since made more trips to the Orlando area then I can count. I have been there a minimum of twice a year since I was 5- staying both on property and off. Now that there are so many resorts to choose from though, I can’t remember the last time I have not stayed on property. I was there on opening day for both Disney’s MGM Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. I remember being there for the 15th Anniversary celebration of Epcot back when it was E.P.C.O.T. I have also been to Disneyland and on Disney Cruise Line numerous times. Since becoming DVC members in 1998 I have been going even more. This past year I have been 5 times alone! Some of my trips have been short and some have been long but they have all been filled with the Magic of Disney and isn’t that what keeps us all going back?

I am 35 years old and have been married for over 9 years to my wonderful husband Tim. While Tim does not entirely share my love of Disney he does understand and support it. We are currently enjoying the happily married, no children lifestyle. I Love going to Disney with just adults but when I need my fill of kids at Disney I have my niece and plenty of friends kids to borrow to take with me.

My day job is a Human Resources Manager/ Bookkeeper at a Family Owned business. Although I am a Microbiologist by degree and would love to get back into that one day. My Favorite/ Fun job is that I am a Travel Agent. I absolutely love it and enjoy helping family, friends and even strangers plan their vacations both Disney and otherwise.

Speaking of traveling- I adore it!! I am recently back from one of my dream trips! I just spent two and a half weeks traveling through Australia and stopped in Fiji for four nights on the way back home. It was an Amazing trip!! I have also traveled extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe. I have been to Africa, Greece and South America. I have been very lucky!!

I bought my first PassPorter years ago and loved it. I have bought a new one every year since. I just came around to the forums within the past year but I love them too and I enjoy reading and posting everyday!
