Hi Everyone

My name is Janine aka FanOfMickey on the boards. I am excited to be joining Suzy Q 'Disney, DawnDenise and disneymom9092 as a Co-Guide in The Office Forum. I live just outside of Boston where I was born and raised. I currently live with my mom and between the two of us we have 4 cats. My 2 are Jadzia and Jagr, moms are Sushi and Pumpkin aka Punky.

I have been a Disney addict for years now. I came about being a Disney fan in a little bit of a strange way. I knew some co-workers and friends who had collections of certain characters like Tweety, Snoopy and such. I thought it was such a neat idea to have a collection where everyone knew what to get you for your Birthday and Christmas. So I tried to think of a Character who I would like to collect. Well, Mickey Mouse was it and well, the collection and fave characters have grown. I now love and collect everything Disney. My niece and nephew now call me a Disney Freak. I just tell them that's ok, I am in great company

I have made numerous trips to WDW over the past 15 years or so. Halloween being my favorite time of year to go. Though I am holding off of any trips anytime soon so I can save for my dream vacation. An African Safari, hopefully in 2013.


I am also a Big Hockey fan, my fave Team being the Pittsburgh Penguins. I am also a Steelers fan.
Kinda tough being a Penguins and Steelers fan in Boston, but I love my teams I do follow a couple of Boston teams, The Red Sox and Celtics. Oh, and I will cheer for the Bruins as long as they are not playing the Pens.
