| Fortissimo\'s bio Hi! My name is Fortissimo and I am a 19.5 year-old tabby cat with gorgeous green eyes. When I was 12 I got an owie in my eye, causing the cornea to rupture. Did you know cats can have corneal transplants? Neither did my mom. Of course it depleated her WDW savings account so she had to wait another year before she could visit that mouse named Mickey. Boy am I lucky she loves me a lot! I have two younger siblings: Tigger, 13, who is the sweetest dog in the world; and Caesar Augustus, almost 4, who, shall we say is a pain? He eats my food so I get a little cranky with him now and then. Oh, and mom and dad just got a new thing called Jack. He is supposed to be a Golden Retriever, but I think he is a hyper garbage disposal. I guess I should also tell you about my Mom and Dad. My mom, Robin, uses my name here on the boards. (I charge her a handful of kitty treats/day for usage rights). She married my dad, Greg, in 1997. Both mom and dad leave me with Tigger, Caesar, and Jack everyday as they go off to teach. Mom is in her 17th year as a middle school instrumental music teacher and Dad teaches 7th grade social studies. Fortissimo, the imposter that is, got bit by a mouse when she was really little. Instead of getting mad at this mouse for biting her, she fell in love with the little guy. His name is Mickey. As a child the fake Fortissimo would cry if she didn't have Mickey or Pooh on her clothes. Good thing Grandma knows how to sew or mom would have been going to school without dress-code approved clothes. Mom finally got to meet Mickey for the first time when she was 11. She went to California for a swim meet and grandma and grandpa took her and her older sister to Disneyland after the meet. Since that trip, the wanna-be Fortissimo has been to DL once (college) and WDW 8 times. Her next trip to WDW is in the planning stages for Summer of 2007. She is also addicted to Virtual Magic Kingdom and can be found running around setting off fireworks or designing rooms under the title Fortissimo or Avalanchefan. You can visit the Forums the pretend Fortissimo guides: Getting There (and Back!): Your Journey and the Forum she co-guides with debe, Planning Your Adventure: Your Plans. Hope to see you in the forums! (I help keep Mom's lap warm when she is here on the boards so I get to help answer questions!) Last edited by Fortissimo : 02-16-2007 at 07:06 PM. Reason: Updating |
