Wilderness Petting Zoo Animals Moved [Reader Report] The petting zoo is no longer located at Fort Wilderness Resort. When I visited in December 2007, a cast member at the stables told me that the petting zoo animals have all been permanently moved to Disney's Animal Kingdom's Affection Section in Rafiki's Planet Watch.
