| WDW: 2010 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival Dates Announced (11-05-2009 05:41 PM) 2010 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival Dates Announced The 17th annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be held March 3 - May 16, 2010. This is the earliest the Festival has ever begun which will give Disney's expert gardeners a head start on featuring plants and flowers with vivid colors. The Flower Power Concert Series also returns each Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the Festival.
