Has anyone tried this??
We bought photopass at prevacation discount prior to their price increase
We are thinking of upgrading as we have meals at O'hana and Chef Mickey.
Plus all the rides seems like it makes sense

We haven't done it YET, but I did the math and it can be worth it: Williams Family: Disney Now Offers Photopass +

The 'Ohana's photo would only be a breakfast.

You can still upgrade once you get to the parks even if you pre-ordered.

If you give Photopass + a try, let us know how it works out.

We did it last week and it is AWESOME! We came home with over 300 PhotoPass photos including ride and dining, PLUS the hard copies of the Dining Photos! Seeing as each dining photo package is about $30, we got great value out of our PhotoPass+.

I am thinking that this will be a good deal for us - as I have always usually pre-ordered the CD and we always purchase the ride photos and eat at some of the character meals where they take photo - as of course we purchase them (can you say avid scrapbooker?)

What i am wondering is: do you still get the hard copies of the ride photos? or do they just scan your photopass card?

I tried to find the info on the disneyphoto pass site and cannot.........are we still not able to pre-purchase??? I am almost wondering if I should pre-purchase the regular CD and then upgrade when I get there (I know, sounds kinda silly - but I get an extra pay check this month and like to pay out of pocket for things like this - and it won't seem as much to upgrade at the time )

You do not get hard copies of the ride photos, just the digital. You DO get copies of the print photos for the dining locations.
