Wish I had it for my last trip...

I took my last trip in 2005 - had my trusty notebook and created my own little charts that I understood (not that anyone else would)...

To me I love planning and even when I think the plans are in set I will go back and just check to see if anything else needs fine tuning...

Needless to say I came back from my trip and what did I find...the Passporter's Guide (where was this when I needed it...I wondered) then I realized that while I had done some research online I was still knew to these wonderful "unofficial" but probably more helpful then any disney site you go on...

What I love is that you hear from people like you...who plan, save and just wait with anticipation till the next trip.

When I started to plan this one I went out and bought the 2007 edition...(I thus gave it to my boss becuase she is going first and I will wait with angst till the 2008 edition comes out (which of course I will pre-order here).

Point is I love the book, love the site and even when a trip is not in sight this is a great place to keep up to date with all the happenings till the next one comes along...

2009 is my first DL trip...so you know where I will be for information...

Jennifer, I have to tell you -- we are leaving in 2 days for WDW and the first thing on m y list is my Deluxe Passporter. But I have changed mine a little too... I took it out of the binder and put the appropriate pages in a closed binder I used for college too many years ago. I have our passports in there (appropriate I thought.. passports and Passporter ) and I've separated the pages into the Days we are going to be there. Then, I have my pockets in an area I can add into the days.

I am a Capricorn - we are organization freaks!- plus I'm an old woman.. LOL and I love to be organized. I found the Deluxe version the best! and we have the spiral bound one too!

Oh, and as far as the Word of Mouse... I love this side of the forums. I use the other side to read and this side to post. I don't know when we will get back to WDW but I intend to stay a member!

    Fondly,
    Lin

    Jennifer,

I too love the "whole PassPorter experience" including the club. What amazes me about the PassPorter is that: 1)the content is actually all useable information that's needed to plan a Disney vacation and the level of detail is deep enough to satisfy without being overwhelming & the layout is practically intuitive 2) the usefulness, paricularly the deluxe, you don't need to have a seperate notebook. I do simply because I don't like folding or trimming full size sheets of paper in order to make them fit and I like to organize all my printouts according to the order I'll need them. 3) the customer service is beyond Fantastic And last but certainly not least 4) You & Dave actively contribute to the message boards and answer questions which is incredibly rare, unique, and wonderful

    PassPorter Rocks!

I found my first PassPorter at a bookstore while browsing for WDW books for my 2001 trip. I do planning for a living, so planning in detail for my "World" trips has always been second nature - until PassPorter!! I didn't have any idea how my PassPorter-improved planning was going to enhance my future trips. Now I buy the next year's edition even if I'm not planning to go that year - just so I can enjoy the new information and all the new perks that Jennifer and Dave add every year.

Not dreaming that PassPorter could get any better, here come the e-books - wow! And now PassPorter's Club with the interactive worksheets and new e-books...I just have to check the site every day to see what's new, I can't wait on the emails.

I'm waiting impatiently for my 2008 Deluxe refill so I can start customizing it for my December trip. In the meantime, I'm filling in my worksheets and rereading the 2007 PassPorter and trip notes from last year.

PassPorter is an inspired idea and I'm privileged to be a member of such a wonderful community! Thanks again to Jennifer and Dave for sharing their love of the Mouse with the rest of us....JB

    Amazing Facts and Tips

After coming across a 2007 copy of the WDW edition of PassPorter, my wife and I logged onto the web site. We were taken back by all of the facts and tips we found on it. So much so that I purchased a years subscription for membership and let me tell you, it is a rather rare time that I join any on-line group as a paid member.

We are current Annual Passholders for Disneyland Anaheim and are also 'owners' in the DVC. We are going to be at the Boardwalk Villas in Sept of 2008 and this web site has given us so much information, we feel as if we have been there before.

We know, or pretty much know, what to do and what to expect upon arriving at our Resort. I want to thank Jennifer personally for assisting me in getting on board as a paid member. I simply asked a question and right off she came back with a solution to my problem.

My first Passporter was the 2006 edition which I used for our trip and it was soo helpful that even though I didnt go in 2007 I stil purchased one to keep updated. I am also now the proud owner of the 2008 and love it even more. Thank you so much for making it so easy to plan my Dream Vacation from Texas.
Only 9 more months till I get to go.

    passporter

As much time as I've spent at WDW...I can always come up with new questions.
I'm so glad to be able to find a place to get the answers. I just wish I had more time, I could spend HOURS looking at all the aspects of Passporter.
