It says "-- Default-style". Just click on the arrow and pull down to the "Spring" option. The new layout will appear when you open a message board page that doesn't have permanent formatting. (The Club forum pages have permanent formatting, so you'll only see the change when you navigate away from the Club forums to the main message board pages.)
