A new, commissioned worksheet is available in the PassPorter's Club ... the Daily Park and Reservations Coordinator worksheet.

Plan your advance dining reservations (ADRs) around the park(s) or other destinations you intend to visit in a day. This worksheet gives you room to plan for up to three destinations, and up to three reservations per destination. There's also room to record your plans for transportation between the destinations.

I love this! I'm having a problem, though - when I insert it into my Sidekick PDF more than once (I want to have one sheet for each day of my trip) and enter dining info for the first day, the info I typed shows up on every page I inserted. Is there a way to unlink them?

Carrie, you must be using the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) to be able to do it. The reason why it puts the same information on each of those inserted pages is because the fields have the same name. If you change the name of the fields on the duplicate pages, this won't be a problem -- and if you have the full version, you should be able to do that. You just need to edit the form on those duplicate pages, double-click each field, and give it a unique name. If you need help, send me a PM.

I'm kinda glad Carrie ran into this issue first... I also have the full version of Acrobat and was all ready to load this page in, 9 times!

On second thought, I've made it easier for you. I've updated the file and it now has 10 pages. So if you import the pages into your file, the fields are all set to go -- no editing necessary. So re-download it from The Writing Room and see if that works for you.

Im new to pass porter. I have seen a couple of files in the gallery/reader room that have the ability to download PDF but when I click on this e-worsheet I do not see where I am supposed to click to download. Can you help?
