A new, commissioned worksheet is available in the PassPorter's Club ... the Multiple Hotel Reservation Tracker worksheet.

Many vacationers stay in more than one hotel during their travels. This worksheet lets you track up to six different hotels for one visit. Each hotel section includes spots for the name, address, phone, fax, check-in date, and check-out date. You can also include the reservation number as well as the date you made the reservation. Spaces for room size, room view, requests, and special needs are also here. Finally, you can track the deposit amount, deposit due date (or paid date), as well as two additional payment amounts and due/paid dates. At the bottom of each section is a place to make a note.
