A new, commissioned worksheet is available in the PassPorter's Club ... the Disneyland Park Hours worksheet.

List the park hours for the specific days of your Disneyland trip in this worksheet. There's room to include the time of a parade and fireworks show, as well as indicate which park you decide to visit in the morning and evening. Park columns are provided for Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, LEGOLAND, and SeaWorld -- but all column titles are editable so you can type in the park name of your choice. Thus, this worksheet can be used for any destination!
