That's because as I'm sure a lot of you are aware of that Fantasmic will no longer be every night. I believe it will only be three nights a week. I believe it's Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but I could be wrong. I'm sure someone can provide the details. This change starts sometime this month.
I can live with that - just as long as they leave wishes along. heard somewhere else that it was only going to be shown on certain nights in 2009.

I hope it's just a rumour too - and I'm sure it is. Although I haven't checked today, yesterday morning, there was nothing showing for any of the days we're there for either Wishes or the afternoon MK parade - and I'm sure it's just a case of time before those details are posted.

I know the park schedules for May have just been posted on Disney as I just received them from my travel agent. I'm guessing these will be released shortly as park schedules are a bigger job and therefore more of a priority for Disney.

Yesterday during the 9 Year Online Anniversary event, I went into the chat room for a while last night. I got to talk with a number of my fellow Passporters. Low and behold, Dave Marx entered the chatroom.
I asked him about the Decade of Dreams WDW schedule and what he and Jennifer may have planned for us. He said most of it will be quite informal and would just involve hanging out in the parks and such and just having a good time. He said that he and Jennifer have been very busy planning all the different events for the DOD including this, the cruise, NYC etc and have been a bit overwhelmed.
He also mentioned one formal (organized) event being the Fantasmic Dessert Party on Monday, May 4 at DS. There is also at least one other event that all those interested, set that time aside. Unfortunately, I've been sworn to secrecy and can't reveal the details at this time. If I were to do so, Dave mentioned something about using a medieval rack during my visit.
Now, actually on Sunday May 3, will be our day in Epcot and there will be a special lunch that day. I'm guessing in Epcot of course. So all those interested, clear your schedules for that. This is all he mentioned. He didn't go into specifics. So finally, we are getting bits and pieces of this. Oh please, don't let it be at the Liberty Inn in the AA!
He also said he has been reading all our comments here and suggestions of activities to do at the DOD WDW stay. It's coming together, but we need to be patient. I want to know, just like everyone. We'll know soon enough. I thought everyone would be interested in this bit of info. Thanks and have a very Magical Day!

It's only because we love these boards so much, only because we've all been waiting for this to get here and we love Disney so much that we are getting restless and impatient!! Yes!! I've been signed on since virtually day one that it was announced so in the words of Spongebob "I'm Ready I'm Ready I'm Ready"
You're not the only one Wendy! We're all ready to go. It's something different than our usual WDW visits and it will be an exciting time.
Someone mentioned about drinks around the monorail, earlier in this thread. How 'bout after doing the circuit from the Poly and back, take it over to the TTA and a trip to Epcot and back since it's a bit longer. Although walking off the monorail could be difficult. Or should I say stumble?

maybe start the trip with the monrail to Epcot ride. then we would know it was going? cause was planning on starting this until around 9PM - would start sooner if enough wanted too. but later is my choice - so everyone can enjoy the parks first.
