i feel the same way about meeting you and everyone else. so i will deffinatly be making the meet and praying that i can get tickets but if that fails all i have to say is i'm in new york times square to be more spacific . and from being a new yorker there is many things to do there . i also plan on hitting and hopefully it is still open the world of disney in NYC before the meet and if anyone else wants to join in they are more then welcome too.

Definitely would like to meet up for your dinner before the show, would love to stop by and get to meet you all before I have to head out to the bridal shower I have to go to.

Any new info on meeting up? And when do we get our tickets? Do we get them mailed or pick up when we get there?
I am so excited!! Room is paid for and we just decided to stay an extra day and go to the Zoo!! FUN!!

I messaged Jennifer a few weeks ago and she said that they weren't sure yet how the tickets would be handled. Since they are all cruising right now, with a visit to WDW to follow I'm expecting we won't hear anything for a couple more weeks!

Also does anyone have hotel recommendations for something reasonably priced (I know in NYC, I'm asking a LOT) in the area? I usually stay with my friend Rita when I go down, but that won't be possible this trip. I put in a "watch this trip" request on Hotwire, but right now, the best I see is about $200/night, which is a little steep for us. Hopefully, the prices will go down as it gets closer to the date. Unfortunately, train fare will go up, so we'll have to see what happens. I'll definitely be watching this space for more info, though!

While this is not in the Theater District, it's a pretty great deal for NY - and the rooms look nice.

I saw in last weeks Passporter Newsletter that the date of the Broadway Meet says May 31st. I hope that was a misprint, since all along it's been the 30th.

Yeah, that note in the newsletter is a mistake -- so sorry! It is indeed May 30.

I just added this information to the first post in this thread:

Pre-Show Meet Information: Please meet us at the ESPN Club at 5:00 pm for our pre-show event, with plans to eat dinner between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. Look for us by the podium if you arrive early, or ask for the PassPorter group if you arrive later and do not see us. We will have a priority seating for our group and folks can order whatever they like off the menu (you'll pay for dinner on your own). Once we are done with dinner (around 7:15 pm), we will walk as a group the two blocks to the New Amsterdam Theater for the show.

Note: If you weren't able to get tickets with our group but would still like to meet us, you're more than welcome to join us at ESPN Club and have dinner with everyone! If you want to do this, please post in this thread so we know to expect you and can make sure we get enough tables. Thanks!
