Hi. I was planning to be at WDW on 3 May anyway (leaving later that day, unfortunately), so I just signed up for the lunch! Look forward to meeting all of you and to seeing this beautiful room. What a nice event this will be.

OK I have a stupid question: Will we actually get some sort of paper tickets sent to us at home or do we just show up and we're on a list? How does it work?

I just printed out my confirmation from the website that states what I've purchased. I figured that was the best thing to do.

I suspect we'll be sending something out to folks to tell them where to meet, etc. I'm sure we'll have someone by the door with a guest list, too, so nobody should be excluded if they don't have a ticket/confirmation with them.

I got the email from MouseFan Travel on Friday and immediately signed up. This will be a great time at such a scenic setting. Can't wait!

Dave, I think you mentioned in another thread that the Fantasmic Dessert Party is also being held on Sunday, May 3 as well? Clear this up if you could so that we can make any necessary changes to our ADRs. I have a 6 pm for Flying Fish that night.

If you have a look in the general thread about the WDW part of the trip, he's quoted as saying it will be then, unless Disney change their plans again.
