I just did the pay by credit card option instead and it worked fine for me, if that helps.

I would certainly bring a print out of the confirmation, when you paid for it. But I'm sure they'll have everyone's name. But always good to be safe.

I think I may have read earlier on this thread that it's not an actual physical ticket, but I could be wrong. Can someone confirm this?

I printed out my confirmation when I made the booking and I've since had a confirmation via e-mail as well, so I would think either or both of us would be fine.
