What dreams will you realize at WDW?

After reading Wendy's "confession" that she's "never had a Dole Whip," I started thinking about all the things at WDW that I have yet to experience. I thought it might be fun to start a list of what we'd all like to experience (for the first time) during our "Decade of Dreams" tour. Maybe we can help each other achieve them.
Here's my list:
1. Kali River Rapids (AK) - any time I've been near that attraction, I haven't been in the mood to get wet. Well, no more -- this May, I'm gonna ride it, no matter what. (Don't let me chicken out -- no excuses!)
2. Mission Space (Epcot) - even though I adore scary rides (ToT & EE forever!), I have a tendency to close my eyes or turn my head when I'm scared. After reading all the PP discussions about this attraction and how "closing eyes/turning head" can lead to "losing lunch," I have stayed away from it. This May, I will at least do the "green version" and will hopefully get up the courage to do the "real thing."
3. See Tinkerbell fly at the start of the MK fireworks. Now, I've seen the fireworks and heard the music -- but I've never been close enough to the castle to see Tink do her thing. If Dave & Jennifer have enough room for all of us in the Rose Garden, I'm gonna see Tink fly!
4. TSMM and AI (new attractions at DHS). The lines for TSMM were too long in February -- I couldn't even get near the FP machine, and I didn't want to take the time for AI then. So I'm glad Jennifer has mentioned both of these attractions for our "group time" at DHS.
Belle and Chezp, I would love to ride ToT with you in May!
Belle, let me pass along some advice that made me absolutely adore this ride. When I was there in December 2005, my friend wouldn't ride any of the thrill stuff, so I ended up sitting next to two guys from NY (their wives & kids were at the B&B show). I struck up a conversation shortly before "takeoff" by turning to the guy next to me and saying, "I love this ride, but it scares me to death. My hand is either going to be on this handhold or on your knee." He replied, "Either one is fine with me." (I gripped the handhold, in case you're wondering. )
When we were back in the basement, he turned back to me and said, "You know, you really should try riding this without holding on." I was horrified. "Oh, there is no way I could ever do that." He persisted: "Try it -- you feel like you're flying." The other guy nodded emphatically.
Hmm. That sounded interesting. Both guys then said, "Let's get back in line and ride it again." We did, and I didn't hold onto anything -- and I really did feel like I was flying. "Thank you, thank you both -- I will never hold on again."
Now with every drop and rise of the elevator, I've got my hands in the air and I am flying.
You can fly, too -- it just takes a little pixie dust! (And if you still want to hold on, that's OK too!)
Mine is getting to meet so many wonderful people from Passporter that I haven't met yet, including Jennifer and Dave, who I will actually meet on the cruise.

1. Meeting lots and lots of PassPorter friends This is the first "big scale" PP event I'll be at.
2. Fine Dining! We decided to splurge on the deluxe dining plan this time because we want to try out lots of great restaurants (including several signature dining places). We figured now's a good time for that since we don't have kids yet.
Oh wow, what a great dream - I didn't realise you'd never been on this! Good for you - summoning up courage to do it!
Oh I've been on it a few times but only when forced. And only once since they randomized the drops when someone who-shall-remain-nameless MADE me ride. It wasn't as bad asI thought but I'm still pretty leery of it. I want to enjoy it as it is one of Shawn's favorites and I don't want to be scared in front of Ryan!

One thing I'm not afraid of splurging on is fine dining. I love my food and wine and virtually all of my dinners have been table service. I've even dined at Victoria & Albert's on a few occasions, since I've been going to Disney since 2002. This will be my 7th trip to the World. Usually stay for about 10 days or so. This time, it's a full two weeks.
Any recommendations you'd like on signature restaurants, I'd be more than happy to offer. Many of these I've dined at several times.
Thanks for the offer, Dave - we do have all our ADRs set by now, though. We're going to these signature dining places: California Grill, Jiko, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Artist Point, and Narcoossee's

I will be dining at all of those except Artists Point this time around. I had dinner there last year.
Here's my rundown of those as far as dates:
Cal Grill: Sunday April 26, 7:20 pm
Narcoossee's: Monday, April 27, 6:50 pm
Jiko: Saturday, May 2, 5:55 pm
Yachtsmans: Wednesday, May 6, 7 pm.
We're at all of those on different nights. I thought we were nuts to have that many signature dining spots on our ADR list - but apparently not! Glad to hear there are other people who enjoy fine dining at Disney as much as we do!
I always go table service for my dinners. Many are signature restaurants too. I definitely enjoy my meals and wine. I'm sure you'll find that out rather quickly when you meet me on the DOD. It's going to be a great time!
Well I think I might some time, some where, some how find the room in my tummy for a dole whip.
My biggest dream is meeting so many fellow PassPorters and put faces to their names!!
Another dream is that I am going to get some rest. Rest at WDW? Yeah right. No seriously I want some ME time and by golly I'm going to get it, as long as my friends are with me! LOL!
I would like to do some of the attractions I have never experienced since coming down to WDW since 2002. Most will be of the lesser fare, since I love thrill rides as I have gone on these type so many times. In the MK these could include It's A Small World and Mickey's Phillarmagic for example.
I also plan to participate in meets for some of the thrill rides other Passporters are interested in.
