Mouse Fan Travel Bookings: Can we check in for our resort online?

I booked my Decade o' Dreams package with Mouse Fan travel. I am trying to check in online and it just keeps giving me an error page.

Am I not able to use online check-in because I used a travel agency?

I don't know - but I don't think so. I booked over the phone with an AP discount - and the first two times I tried - it locked up - but then I tried again using Internet Explorer rather than Firefox, and no problems!

I'm checked in for arrival on Sunday!!

Can't wait!

Oooh- switching browsers is a good idea!

So I heard back from MouseFan, and to use online check-in you have to click this special link:

www.mydisneyreservation.com/guest

Unfortunately, Disney is having technical issues with the site right now, so I still can't check in, but at least I have the link so I can keep trying.

I seem to remember reading other posts about checking in on-line for those who used a TA. That the TA had to send a particular link for them to use. Guess you could contact your MouseFan Travel TA and ask them. Good Luck.

By the way, for your profile "location" you listed Disneyland. What part? I was raised in Westminster, just a hop, skip and a jump away. Looking forward to meeting you Sunday.

Hi, neighbor! I live in the Cour des Anges in New Orleans Square! Well, for pretend... for real, I live right smack in the middle of LA in an area between Beverly Hills and Mid-Wilshire that the real estate agents call "Beverly Hills-adjacent"

Can't wait to meet you!

I asked Sara before she left on the cruise. She told me because we're part of a group (I guess kind of like a convention), that we could not check in on-line.
