Hey! Can anyone tell me anything about December in WDW? What's the weather been like, what you wear, crowds.... I've got a couple friends coming with me to Mousefest this year and I've never been any time other than summer or September. Thanks a bunch, Ruth

The weather can be iffy. We went the beginning of December 2005. Our first night we were wearing winter coats at MVMCP. Two days later, we were swimming. Crowds were very manageable. I was told in another post that it is comparable to September, crowd-wise.
wew ere there last year, mid Dec. A jacket in the evening is a good idea. Days were quite pleasant, mid 70's-80. Crowds are extremely low, a great time of year to go
We've gone that time both in 2004 and 2005. Unfortunately, you need to pack everything but the kitchen sink. We've had some days up into the low 70s, and some nights/early mornings into the low 30s (some days in the upper 50s as well). I'd bring a hat and mittens just in case Remeber, it's Florida, but the sun still sets just after 5 so once it goes down it gets cool!
Crowds should be manageble, although you'll notice an increase on the weekends when the locals come to see all the decorations

Sounds like living in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area on any given day in almost any given month! Especially up towards the Iron Range!
