I am planning a 10 night stay over spring break and was going to change resorts. I was thinkning about purchasing the dining plan the 1st 5 nights but not the other. Does the dining credits have to be all used up during the 1st 5 nights or can be used any time durig my 10 night stay?

It's always been my understanding that you MUST buy the DDP for EVERY night you're staying and any other guests in your room MUST buy it too....it may have changed but I seriously doubt it.
The credits have to be used up by midnight of the last day of your reservation. So if you were staying at the BC for the first 5 days, and then moving to the Poly for the next five days, and added the DDP to the BC part of your trip, they would have to be used up by midnight of the day you check out of the BC/check into the Poly
If you buy it for the first 5 days, then those credits will all have to be used up by midnight on the day you check out of that first reservation. (No credits will carry over to the next reservation.) Tip: if you have snack credits left over, go to the food court and buy up all the water and snacks you can and take that with you to the next hotel.
