Disney for Spring Break?

We have never been in Mar but thought that next year we might try it. What are the crowds and weather like? It would be the 2nd or 3rd week in March 2009. I know this year will be very busy since it is connected to Easter, but next year Easter is in April. We could go at the end of May/first of June instead, I just thought it would be fun to try a new time of year.

I have been in the spring and as long as you avoid the weeks leading up to and after Easter, I think the crowds are managable. I think you will find it about the same as end of May/first of June, but a little less humid.

We went last year during the first week in march and are going again this year. For us, the weather and crowds were great! Its just a tad chilly in the mornings but thats it. I would really recommend it!

We went in March 2007, and had no trouble with lines or too many people. It was chilly in the morning, so we brought light weight jackets with us , that we could remove by 11am. It was so nice since in March the we had low humidity and the temps never left the 80's. We loved the weather so much, we are going back next year at the end of March. We have been to Orlando in July, and we were so misrable we left early. Enjoy your trip!!!!

we've been going in March for the past few years. We've always found the crowds to be manageable. Easter has fallen during our stay once before and we didn't have real crowd issues. I think you just have to plan your days and have plan B in mind too. The weather always seems pleasant. We usually go with light sweaters, shorts or capris during the days. Capris or long pants at night along with a sweater or light jacket. It's a little chilly in the pools but my kids still seems to get over quickly. I think the advantage to going in early May would be warmer temperatures. June is warmer but crowds are picking up again. We've gone early to mid June without real issues as well as.
