A few weeks ago I posted for a friend from work, she wanted to know the best place to send a complaint/help letter. She was planning her 1st trip to WDW and had a problem with plane tickets. She booked the 7for 4 deal and was originally scheduled to go Sat - Sat but had a hard time with plane tickets for the five of them. She ended up switching to Fri - Fri, but when she called back Disney reservations they wouldn't let her slide her trip and she had to make a seperate reservation for the Friday night, an additional cost of $300+! Well she ended up sending the letter to an address for complaints, comments and she also faxed the letter to All Star Music. A week later she got a call from Disney letting her know that they wanted to help her with the situation. They ended up sliding the trip to Fri - Fri and refunding her the extra cost! I was pleasantly surprised that this worked out perfectly for her and wanted to share the great news! Debbie
That is great! If I remember correctly, she had some kind of code and that is part of the reason they wouldn't work with her before. I am glad they worked with her. I hope they have a great time on their first trip!
Nope, no code. She just booked the 7 for 4 deal at ASMU in a family suite. She called the day after the promotion ended, which just happened to be when she got the airplane tickets worked out. She was told that there were no more rooms available for that deal. Yes, the room was available for the Friday night but they had already met their quota of rooms for the promotion and also she was a day too late as the promotion ended.
I didn't think it would work out, but I am glad it did! http://www.passporterboards.com/foru...-question.html
